Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet
The Project
Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet first approached me in 2020 to design the website that launched their studio. Over the past 5 years, we’ve successfully collaborated, making updates as the studio has grown.
The Challenge
For the 2025 redesign, I had the pleasure of incorporating many new images throughout the site. I also streamlined how information is conveyed, keeping the website organized, easy to read and accessible- not overwhelming. I incorporated parallax effect (seen on the live site) to convey movement in static photos, which helps the site visitor to continue to scroll.
The school has mastered the use of Squarespace Commerce for their classes and programs, even catching the eye of the team at Squarespace. Rather than use a third-party vendor for class and class management, Squarespace tools are utilized from the beginning to the end of the customer journey.
I’m proud to support this organization in this capacity as they continue to instill confidence in young people, through the arts.
